The Qigong Artist is a foundational Qigong course including basic postural rules and opening class sets.  “Hand to the Heart”, the Qi starter and hand healing exercise and the “Massage Qigong” endocrine organ and hormone creator exercise, together create a powerful combination to warm, heal, and stimulate the body.  The “8 Sections of Brocade” taught in this course, is the deep understanding of each exercise on the body, mind, and spirit level and offers fascinating insights to the body’s natural purging movements and sounds.  Each exercise will be fully broken down and practiced multiple times in order to solidify the basics. The “Inner Smile” practice gives the student a beautiful self-reflection exercise to practice the Imagination, Visualizations and Affirmations based on the attributes of Classic Chinese Medicine.  Learning to close and seal the practice is a very important concept in Qigong.  The Student will learn the “Chen Village Closing” and how to pay respect to the teachers of the past, present, and future and the place of practice.

The Qigong Adept is a foundational Qigong course including the basic postural rules and opening class sets.  The “6 Healing Sounds” is one of the oldest forms of medicine.  Learn how to use these sounds with the meridian channels and sinew stretches in order to create stronger purgation and Qi movement.  The “8 Sections of Brocade” taught in this course is the “5 Element Version” and helps unite the student with the Divine and Cosmic nature around us.  It helps remind the student of the seasons and nature present in the six directions.  “Silk Weavers” introduces the student to the Royal Family Version of the “8 Sections of Brocade” and links the moves together in a beautiful Prayer in Motion form.  At the same time, teaches the student to be aware, “you are practicing to heal yourself, heal others and swim in the Universe.”

The “Hun Yuan Medical Qigong Prescription Exercises” are designed to give the Medical Qigong Practitioner specific Rx Qigong exercises and also strengthen different areas of your body, like the Dantians and 8 Extraordinary Vessels.  “Bak Mai” is the introduction to Martial Dynamic or Hard Style Qigong, breathing methods and informs the student of different patterns and applications in different Qigong practices.  Finally, the student will be challenged to stand in the “Wuji Stance” for 20 minutes, developing a strong will and allowing their mind to dissolve into the Tao.  Learning to close and seal the practice is a very important concept in Qigong and the student will learn the “Chen Village Closing” and how to pay respect to the teachers of the past, present, and future and the place of practice.

The Qigong Scholar is a foundational Qigong course including the basic postural rules and opening class sets.  The “Silk Weavers Shaolin Version” introduces the student to the “8 Sections of Brocade” taught by ancient Shaolin monks and links the moves together in a beautiful Prayer in Motion form.  It teaches the student to be aware, “you are practicing to heal yourself, heal others and swim in the Universe.”  This version includes the powerful and once highly regarded secret, “Shen Gong” training.  The student will learn how to invoke deep connections with one’s ancestors, teachers, animals, and the earth itself.  The “Dao Mo” Muscle Change Qigong is a mental gymnastics exercise and teaches the student to develop the mind in order to move and create energy.  It has incredible bone stimulating principles and helps the student bring energy into the palms for healing oneself or others.

“Spiritual Warrior Hard Set” is a Dynamic Martial Qigong Practice that combines strong visualizations with isometrics enhancing the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to increase the student’s strength and stamina.
“Old Man Qigong” is an excellent follow up Qigong exercise performed after strong purgation or emotional eruptions.  It is very soothing and through a parable, teaches the concepts of life.  “Children’s Qigong,” a simple Qigong practice, gives the student an awesome tool to teach the next generation and can also be used by the elderly.  Learning to close and seal the practice is a very important concept in Qigong.  You will learn the “Chen Village Closing” and how to pay respect to the teachers of the past, present, and future and the place of practice.
